Good morning!
We are so sorry to see that there were bugs in your food! Our staff spent the better half of tonight inspecting EVERY inch of our kitchen for contamination; our search was a failure as we found none. We have attached a video of you personally inspecting your food order followed by your request for more garlic butter. We can only assume your hawk eyes noticed the shortage of garlic butter which was why you asked for more but failed to see any “bugs”. It’s our mission here at NOCS for everyone to enjoy our family recipe that has stood the test of time (13 years, whoop whoop!) and the many imitators. The Health Inspector will obviously be notified of your post and we look forward to working with them and are confident to pass. Maybe the contamination happened elsewhere as the world is full of critters that can pe*****te even the cleanest homes, and cars. Thank you for being a customer and we hope you find the true cause, yuck!
