Happy Valley Restaurant week runs June 12 - 21!

Our Short Rib Gnocchi is our “Greatest Hits” dinner dish - a staple since the day we opened. Braised short rib from Grove American Beef (Zion, PA), raised by F&S owner Liz Grove’s brother, Dave Grove—American Aberdeen cattle, grass-fed with no added hormones or steroids. Slow-braised for six hours and finished by emulsifying the braising liquid into a rich, silky sauce over pillowy gnocchi. The fresh shaved horseradish gives this dish a fresh pop of heat.
