We were looking for the right partner to feature and we found it in

Located in Montgomery, they were built on a simple idea — preserve local agriculture while producing the highest quality beef possible. The farm is a historic 100-year-old dairy farm.

5 One Cattle Co focuses on raising premium, pasture-raised Black Angus cattle.

Our cut and preparation will change, depending on the season and what’s available.

Our Chicken Milanese has been a hit since it changed to the ‘Hot’ version, a play on Nashville Hot Chicken (the place Tara calls home).

Keeping it Free-Range over here, accompanied by chicories, made in house buttermilk ranch, and fresh herbs!

Grilled Beets previously served over pistachio yogurt NOW with aged balsamic, ricotta salata, poppy, rosemary

Warm, salty, sweet-tart flavor, hits all the right palette notes. If you haven’t tried do indulge the next time you’re in!

There’s beauty in getting away, and in coming home!

Thanks for showing us a good time last week Austin, TX 🤠

There was no shortage of good food, good drinks, and great people! We dined our way across the city checking out Emmer & Rye, Arlo Grey, Birdie’s, Suerte, Maie Day, and Perla’s (this is what happens when you travel with a chef!)

Our sous chef in training baby E was the best travel partner! We always feel so blessed to be able to show him new places.

We love traveling and always leave with a new sense of inspiration + drive for what we want to create next.

A break is nice but so is coming home to our amazing community, can’t wait to catch up with you all (Tara is from the south, she can say that 😉)
