Hey Gang, here is the menu for next week (July 20th - July 25th). The salad this week will be our BIG MAC SALAD!!! Two all beef patties (ok, seasoned ground beef), special sauce (dressing), lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun (ummm no, in a plastic container). The Loaded Baked Potato will be our TACO TATER!!! Topped with Cheese Sauce, Taco Meat, Shredded Cheese, and diced Onion with a cup of Salsa on the side. Both are $9.37, just say “salad” and/or “potato” in your order. ATTN: I have an important meeting on Monday morning and I won’t be able to work on the meals. So we will have to move all the local deliveries down one day. So instead of Nashville/
Collinsville on Monday, it will be on Tuesday. Instead of Du Quoin on Tuesday, it will be on Wednesday. etc etc. So please order accordingly. TY!!!

This weeks Salad will be our Cobb Salad. Roasted Chicken, Bacon, Tomatoes, Hard Boiled Eggs, and Shredded Cheese on a bed of greens with our our house made Raspberry Vinaigrette. You may substitute Ranch, Italian, or French. Just make sure you clearly state so in your order. The Baked Potato will be our Chili Tater. I know, it’s the middle of July, but it’s a good one and hopefully you can eat it in your AC. Haha. Huge Potato topped with Cheese Sauce, our homemade Chili (mild), Shredded Cheese, Diced Onion, and Chives. Both are $9.37, and just state in your order salad and/or potato. TY!!!

YAY, we are back to normal delivery days this week. Plus, we have a couple of “add-ons” that I think you are going to like. First, the salad this week is our Southwest Salad. It has always been one of our most popular salads at the cafe. On a bed of salad mix we add our homemade corn and black bean salsa, tortilla strips, shredded cheese and roasted chicken, then serve with our homemade Southwest dressing. And second, to continue with the theme, we are offering our Southwest Loaded Baked Potato. Huge tater topped with cheese sauce, corn and black bean salsa, tortilla strips, shredded cheese, roasted chicken, and drizzled with the Southwest dressing. *** no sour cream ***. Both are $9.37, just state salad and/or potato with your order. Also, I did post pics of these, but they are from the cafe pics. These will be served in the usual black containers.

ATTN PLEASE: sadly, I am going to have to repeat the same special delivery schedule that we used last week, moving them to the following day. My oldest daughter Devyn is having major knee surgery on Monday morning in Springfield, and I want and need to be there. I know this will probably cost me a few orders, but as I’ve said many times before, some things are just way more important than money. And if need be, these meals can be popped in the freezer a couple of days, then thawed to fit you schedule. So please order if you can. THANK YOU!!!

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: with Monday being Memorial Day, we have decided to move all the local deliveries up one day. So instead of Nashville/Collinsville on Monday, it will be on Tuesday. Instead of Du Quoin on Tuesday, it will be on Wednesday. etc etc. So please order accordingly. TY!!!

This weeks Salad will be our Cobb Salad. Roasted Chicken, Bacon, Tomatoes, Hard Boiled Eggs, and Shredded Cheese on a bed of greens with our our house made Raspberry Vinaigrette. You may substitute Ranch, Italian, or French. Just make sure you clearly state so in your order. TY!!!

EDIT: Pop up add ons!!! We have decided to make a couple more additions to this weeks menu. We have been asked for years to do salads, so we are going to give it a try. So, here it is: Strawberry salad on a bed of salad mix/greens, with roasted chicken, glazed pecans, feta and Italian cheese, croutons, and our homemade Strawberry vinaigrette for $9.37. Also, we are offering a tray of our Italian Beef for $15.37. They are not numbered, so just state “salad” or “Italian beef” in your message. TY!!!
