Sarah B. Stevens and Peter Crist will reunite on The Dio stage in THE CRUCIBLE as two of American theater's most iconic characters, John and Elizabeth Proctor (in rehearsal in photo number 1)! They were last seen together on our stage as Anthony and Rosemary in the touching romantic comedy, OUTSIDE MULLINGAR (in performance in photo 2, courtesy of Michele Anliker Photography)! Join us to see these fantastic performers in a different onstage relationship, filled with tension, drama and stakes that could be life or death!

Performances take place Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, September 18 through October 25. There will also be one Thursday evening performance on October 22.

In the Puritan community of Salem, Massachusetts, a servant girl accuses a farmer's wife of witchcraft. One accusation spirals into many, uncovering a web of bigotry and deceit that changes their lives forever. Widely considered a masterpiece and among the most produced plays since its 1953 debut, The Crucible is both a gripping historical drama and an evergreen parable of contemporary society. You couldn't ask for a better show to keep you engaged and on the edge of your seat as we head into the Fall spooky season!
