We didn't bring home the trophy this year, but our Oklahoma teammates did! Huge congrats to Phat Tabb's BBQ for winning people's choice and to Countrymen BBQ for winning the whole dang thing! Team Oklahoma took down Texas and Alabama in the Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa smoke competition. We made a chili crisp brisket burnt end, and it was on point! Hopefully, a special at the restaurant soon. And a special shout out to Chef Kevin Lee for choosing us to represent Oklahoma in this awesome event. We will see ya'll soon!

Alright folks, I am out of here and headed to Austin for the weekend! My staff have been training for this weekend for the last couple of months and are ready to serve you. The normal menu will be served today, bacon-wrapped sausages on Saturday, then the normal menu on Sunday, and we'll be open normal hours this Father’s day weekend. Please do not place orders through Messenger, as I will be occupied all weekend. Please call in your orders at 883-6081 or just come by. Thanks!

Pulled pork sandwich, chips, and a drink $10 all day while it lasts. Baked potato salad is our side special, and last day for our homemade jalapeno cheddar sausage for $4 a link. Happy hour beer all day! We are open 11-8 or until we sell out.

We had a customer of ours get backed into yesterday afternoon by a newer white GMC or Chevy truck. Unfortunately, our cameras didn't get the incident. We believe they ordered a wildcat sandwich.
