🌕 We have a fun new addition to our lineup for the Full Moon Market! 🍇🍎
Wildwood Farm is home to a beautiful one-acre vineyard, and this season we were excited to harvest some gorgeous Marquette w**e grapes. While we don’t make w**e anymore, we couldn’t let those delicious grapes go to waste—so we turned them into Marquette Grape Jelly!
Harvesting and processing the grapes was a family affair, and the jelly turned out so good that it got us thinking… what else around the farm could we turn into jelly?
That brought us to our old heirloom apple tree. 🍎 We believe this tree has been growing here since the property was an old farmstead, and every year it produces the most beautiful apples with naturally pink flesh and pink juice. We’ve always loved eating them fresh and using them for applesauce and pies, but this year we tried making Pink Heirloom Apple Jelly—and oh my goodness, it is beautiful, sweet, and delicious!
So this Saturday, we’ll have a limited batch of two Wildwood Farm jellies:
🍇 Marquette W**e Grape Jelly — rich, flavorful and made with grapes grown right here in our vineyard.
🍎 Pink Heirloom Apple Jelly — beautifully sweet and made with pink-fleshed apples from our old farmstead tree.
Both are farm-grown, small-batch, and made right here at Wildwood Farm. ❤️
Come find us at the Full Moon Market at Fields Farm and Garden this Saturday from 6–9 PM and grab a jar while they last! 🌕
