In 2018 we purchased an existing mobile food trailer business and have grown exponentially since then! In June of 2022, we opened our first brick-and-mortar location at 1850 Winderly Lane in Pickerington, right at State Route 256/I-70. We pride ourselves on being a small business and offering the utmost service and quality food to our customers. Everything we make is handmade, including our rubs and BBQ sauces, and all food is smoked and made fresh everyday. For our catering services, we would love to talk to you about your special event and how best we can serve you and your guests! All right, we're back to doing fat guy stuff the next 2 weeks. Here's our spin on a Smoked California Burrito. Marinated and smoked adobo chicken, crispy fries, smoked refried beans, mozzarella cheese, and guac all wrapped up in a 12" shell covered with smoked tomatillo salsa and a Mexican inspired bbq sauce. Yup the description is a mouth full, but wait till you get a mouthful of it! $13.50 10/7-10/17

Shout out to our friends at SmokeOut BBQ & Catering. I've known Derek for a number of years and to watch his growth from trailer to a brick and mortar has been very inspiring to me. He delivers amazing cuisine with consistency and love.
Story about Derek.
In 2021. I lost my mom and was having a hard time. My smoker caught on fire and broke all the welds and did substantial damage. I posted it on my page and Derek reached out to me and offered to sell me his trailer. That was a touching gesture that I will never forget.
