Duck pho made the hard way! We wanted to make sure this played true to authentic pho with our personal touch on it!

Local duck from Earl Keiser with confit legs and duck broth made from their roasted bodies & a S@$t ton of aromatics. Shave onion / Thai basil / cilantro / jalapeño / cabbage / scallion / lime & house-made udon noodles

Moroccan ci**rs just dropped! Inspired by a group trip to NYC we have been dreaming about these things since we first bit into them!

michaela brought these to life for us! Our version features a lamb and beef filling / soooo many herbs / a tahini toum dip / pickled shallots / pomegranate molasses.

We’re going nuts over them & so will you!

Another new addition to the fall menu.

Char siu pork collar with savoy cabbage.

This is a Chinese BBQ style dish most familiar to most people as the sauce on boneless spare ribs from your favorite Chinese restaurant!

We combine our house made Chinese 5 spice with fermented beans / red rice yeast / hoisin / and some maltose

Traditionally served with cabbage so we tip our hats to tradition with some savoy cabbage “chips”

Paul Dallas worked hard to make this sauce perfect.
