🇺🇸 What an unforgettable day! 🇺🇸 On Saturday, September 19, Aquilante's Catering was deeply honored to sponsor and serve dinner to 300 incredible heroes at the Honor Flight Philadelphia Welcome Home event at Saints Simon and Jude Parish!

Serving our Veterans means the absolute world to our entire family and team. Words cannot capture the gratitude we feel for the sacrifices made by our brave men and women who served in World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Many of these heroes never received the proper homecoming they deserved when they first returned, and getting to play a small part in giving them the welcome home of a lifetime is a privilege we will never forget.

It truly was a family affair! Our siblings, nieces and nephews, cousins and in-laws all worked together to welcome home our Veterans.

A massive, heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to our incredible volunteers and everyone who rolled up their sleeves to make this day so special. We couldn’t have done it without your tireless energy and big hearts!

Aquilante's Catering is incredibly honored to host and cater a special Veteran's Dinner.

Many of these heroes never received the welcome home they deserved when they returned from Vietnam, WWII and Korean War. Bring your family and friends, wave your flags, and help us finally give them the Welcome Home they have waited over 50 years to receive. Let’s make this a moment our Veterans will never forget.

🇺🇸❤️ HELP US WELCOME HOME OUR VETERANS! ❤️🇺🇸
Saturday, September 19th | 4:30 PM

Aquilante’s Catering is proud to sponsor Honor Flight Philadelphia and be part of a very special “Welcome Home” celebration for our Veterans!

Our Veterans will be traveling to Washington, DC for the day to visit the memorials built in their honor and reflect on the sacrifices they made while fighting for our freedom. When they return, we want to make sure they come home to a community filled with appreciation, gratitude, and plenty of cheers! 🇺🇸

We are inviting the entire public to come out around 4:30 PM and help us give these Veterans the Welcome Home they deserve!

There will be plenty of festivities for everyone to enjoy, including:

🍦 Handel’s of Berwyn Ice Cream
🌭 Hot Dogs
🥨 Pretzels

We had the pleasure of catering an incredible event this weekend filled with great food, family, friends, and one truly unforgettable moment—a historic farmhouse being physically moved to its forever home on the property! 🏡✨

It was amazing to be part of such a special day, where history, tradition, and community came together to create memories that will last a lifetime.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hosts for trusting us to be part of this epic celebration. We love helping make life's biggest moments even more memorable—one delicious bite at a time.

It’s a family affair! Had the honor to cater a wedding reception for such a beautiful family this weekend! We had an amazing crew and had so much fun celebrating with the Karas family! Congratulations and God bless Michael & Kate as they start their new life together!! Shoutout to Whitford at Malvern Flowers for providing the greens for us to create this memorable charcuterie display! Extra shoutout to give recognition and special thanks to two of our staff who took on the task to start building this masterpiece when we arrived at the venue to start setting up! Beautifully created by Michelle LaSorda Salamone and Christine Higgins! Juliann Storti, Tricia Aquilante, Alexis Aquilante adding finishing touches and organizing all the table seating, Rich Dello Buono for his attention to detail on the Seafood Station, our amazing chefs, Jerry Sacco and Joe Tucker, our hard working crew who pulled it all together; Jimmy, Kelly, Liam, Chris, Gabe and Michael! My father always said “when you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life!”
