Phoenix’s culinary scene just got a major workplace upgrade.

Chef Christopher Collins and Common Ground Culinary have officially opened the doors to One Sixth inside Bond Phoenix’s stunning central atrium. Six concepts under one roof and on one menu, guests can satisfy their individual cravings with items like bold Sonoran tacos, fresh poke, Mediterranean shawarma, or hot honey sourdough pizza.

What you need to know:

The Food: Six micro-concepts ranging from sushi to smoked meats.

The Vibe: Breakfast, lunch, and post-work happy hours. Open to the public!

The Tech: In addition to full-service, there is a frictionless grab-and-go market, plus app-powered “room service” delivered directly to BOND office tenants.

The Events: Elevated, custom catering for Bond Phoenix’s premium event spaces, including a 200-person training room, a sleek board room, and a hidden speakeasy.

Arizona Restaurant Week is back at The Collins Small Batch Kitchen from May 15th to 24th. We’re celebrating with curated menus featuring our polished comfort classics for both lunch and dinner.

Join us for a $33 three-course lunch from 11 AM – 4 PM, featuring favorites like our Charred Shrimp Risotto and a house-made Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie to take home. You can also round out your meal with a beer, wine, or cocktail for just +$5. For dinner, enjoy a $55 three-course experience featuring our Saltwater Saint Raw Bar, Collins Brothers Prime Rib, and our award-winning Coconut Cream Pie.
