Our Grand Opening Party is coming together, and we honestly can't wait to celebrate with all of you.

🎤 Bryan Hopkins is flying in from Las Vegas to headline an incredible day of live music, joined by local favorites The Paper Flares and Nathan Stone.

🎈 Bounce houses for the kids, thanks to Rockin' Rentals.

🎨 Face painting to keep the little ones smiling.

🥪 Your favorite Meltdown sandwiches, food specials, and an amazing lineup of local food trucks including Wakasa Sushi, Brother’s Bento and Tacos, Scoops & More Trailer Phoenix, OR, and Got Balls Meatball Truck.

Most importantly, this is about more than opening a food truck. It's about celebrating the community that believed in us from the very beginning.

Okay pheople... most of you already know Nik. Now it's time to get to know the rest of the team.

One of the best decisions we've made was bringing Brie on board. The more people I talk to, the more I realize how many of you already know and respect her. "Employee" doesn't even feel like the right word... she's a teammate, and we're lucky to have her. And that probably doesn't even begin to cover it.

There's also Rich... self proclaimed pepper head and poet... but maybe not... lol.

Building a business has never been about one person. It's about surrounding yourself with people you trust, and we're excited for you to meet ours.
