I recently had the honor of one again being a Sugar Angel for Icing Smiles, Inc. I was tasked with creating a dream cake for a delightful young lady named Brooke. She requested a chocolate cake with the theme of ocean and red. As it turns out, she has trouble seeing things that don't have highly contrasting colors. After struggling with the design for longer than I'd like to admit, I came up with this adorable octopus, and all his ocean friends. Brooke was overjoyed, so mission accomplished!
