Sip Coffee and Beer Sip Coffee & Beer is about bringing people together while sipping great coffee, cocktails, and beer. Our goal is to bring the small-town feel to our locations.

We will be using as many local products as possible and intend to provide high-end coffee and craft beers in a very unique and eclectic space. Sip's coffee beans will be provided by Regroup Coffee, a local roaster. We feature rotating craft beers on draft and also feature some very wild and unique liquor-infused espresso/coffee drinks. In an effort to stay true to our beliefs, many of the original

materials you see in our space will have been reclaimed from the original building. Most of the furnishings and decorations inside have been handmade or picked from Arizona yard sales or antique shops. Being a part of the Creative Center's Green Initiative, recycling and sustainability will be a continuous goal.
