During Gaucho Favorite’s month at Rodizio Grill, you’ll find a new kind of rice on our unlimited hot sides bar. 🥩🍴

It’s called Arroz Carreteiro. It’s our flavorful house rice, enhanced with biquinho peppers and caramelized onions sautéed with linguiça and bacon. In the tradition of gauchos, carreteiro was what you ate the day after a grill night, using the bits of leftover meat and tallow to fry an ultra-flavorful rice and use up what’s left.

For you, we’ve made with all fresh ingredients while preserving the spirit of the resourceful gaucho. Enjoy it for only a couple more weeks, during dinner hours at no additional charge. 🌟
