Zucchini Ribbons, Basil Cream, Ricotta, Mozzarella & Provolone Blend, finished with Sundried Tomato Sott’olio and Fresh Basil

sott’olio means “under oil” in Italian — it’s a method of preserving ingredients in olive oil that makes everything richer, deeper and more flavorful. basically the good stuff. 🫒

all made from scratch and blasted in our wood fired oven🔥🥵

The Sandwich Special is the move right now — House Made Focaccia, Pistachio Pesto, Mortadella, House Made Straciatella, served with an Arugula Side Salad.

We make the bread in house, we make the pesto in house, and the straciatella is made fresh. Every component matters and you can taste it.
