As an experienced chef in the field of food allergies and restrictions, I have decided to help those who are on extremely strict diets/ meal plans due to either a laundry list of food allergies or for weight loss purposes. Clients have the option to choose how many meals they want each week; ranging from 3 meals per day for 7 days to 1 meal a day for 3 days a week...the choice is yours. Each week

I will spend time with clients building their menus so that they can enjoy their food each week with out the food becoming "boring." Base cost is $25 an hour for labor, not including groceries. However, it only takes me between three to five hours a week (per customer) to prepare 21 meals (3 meals a day for 7 days). As always, I am open to any questions, comments, and concerns.
