We are excited to welcome back Al Salinas of AZ Urban Chef for a special one-night-only collaboration dinner at Across the Pond. Al served as the opening chef of Across the Pond, helping shape the foundation of the restaurant’s culinary identity.

This dinner also brings the story full circle, as Chef Esther Boado, who now leads the kitchen at Across the Pond, was mentored by Al. Together, Al and Esther will present a coursed menu that celebrates Japanese technique, seasonal ingredients, and Filipino-inspired flavors.

Guests are invited to join us for cocktail hour from 5:00–6:00 PM, with dinner beginning promptly at 6:00 PM on Monday, July 13th!

This special dinner is offered at $160 per guest for food only, with the option to add a supplemental beverage package for $40 per guest, featuring cocktails from Infinium Spirits. Link in bio to book and swipe to check out the menu!
