⭐ LEARNING FROM A LEADER — AND A CHAMPION! ⭐
Last Friday, our Bridge House Brats were fortunate to have Ross McFarland stop by and speak with them about leadership!
Ross certainly knows a thing or two about dedication, discipline and leadership. He is a New York State Wrestling Champion, a four-time New York State Championship finalist, and was named Section 3 Wrestler of the Year during his high school career. He went on to wrestle at Hofstra University, competing at the collegiate level and serving as a team captain.
Today, Ross continues to give back to the sport and our community as a gym teacher and wrestling coach here in Phoenix.
But most importantly, Ross took the time to sit down with our Brats and talk about what true leadership looks like — working hard, setting an example, taking responsibility, and helping those around you succeed.
We are so grateful that he chose to spend part of his Friday investing in our kids and sharing the lessons he has learned throughout his own journey. ❤️💙💛
