Wednesday! We won’t be going out today. Errand day for doctor appts and catching up on paperwork. We will be back on burrito lane on Thursday! We’ll be introducing our espresso based coffee as well☕️

11 hours in Chef Emerson’s little corvette yesterday to take Yolli to the Viejas Gathering! I’m a bit sore 😆. But it was worth it to see the excitement in Yolli’s face to be amongst our native people and seeing familiar faces from MegaThrow, Parker and Yuma! Also, a huge Thank you for another beautiful dress!
Now taking the day off so we could all take a breather. Thank you everyone who came to see us by PIMC! The food truck was super busy yesterday and we don’t need a burn out right now!

Our first time at Viejas Gathering and it was awesome. There were so many familiar faces from MegaThrow but we were being shy 😆. Everyone’s dresses were beautiful! We hope to see you at the next bird dance gathering!
