The 1960’s was a Golden Age for Greek Music.My father Grigoris Vassiliou (top left on Guitar)and Apostolos Kaldaras (bottom right on Bouzouki) were popular young musicians in New York.Kaldaras went back to Greece and became one of the Greece’s great songwriters.My father,Grigoris Vassiliou❤️🎸 stayed in America, and with his phenomenal Voice and Guitar ,recorded some of the greatest Greek songs at the Manhattan Music Studios.This is a Photo from The New Life Club.Hats off to all the great musicians of that Era.OPA!
