This week’s specials are officially on, and the kitchen went full comfort-food mode:

🍔 Salisbury Steak Burger — Angus patty on brioche with cheddar, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, beef gravy & garlic aioli. Basically Salisbury steak decided it deserved to be a burger.

🍕 Cheeseburger Pizza — Homemade crust with beer BBQ sauce, cheddar jack, mozzarella, seasoned ground beef, bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, yellow mustard & garlic aioli. Burger night 🤝 pizza night.

🥓 Loaded Grilled Cheese — Homemade sourdough stacked with cheddar, pepper jack, Swiss, bacon, avocado & tomato. Crispy, cheesy, loaded. No notes.

🍺 BEER OF THE WEEK: Cardinal(e) Red
Our 5.5% American Amber/Red Ale with Amarillo hops and a touch of Chocolate & Crystal malts. Malty, hoppy and ridiculously easy to pair with this week’s lineup. And yes, it’s our Officially Unaffiliated Beer of the Arizona Cardinals. 🏈🌵
