Max's last day of school today. This Lil' Guy has Grown so much and has been a Tremendous Blessing to the Family and especially to his Pa Pa Lo-Lo.

🚲Max keeps a Brotha Active. Especially with our morning bike rides. Max Loves to ride his bike to school every morning and Pa Pa Lo-Lo is right there with him💯

💪🏾Past couple of years our household has really been focusing our health. Exercising, eating better and not eating late etc.

🏋🏾‍♂️These bike rides motivates me to then go get it in with My Boi

🙏🏾Now I'm Feeling Better Than I Ever Have. Just Wished I/We Started Way Way Sooner.

💡Although having the whole house buying in, also doing well and being apart of this new found healthy Journey. Deep inside, I/ We owe a lot of Thanks to this Lil' Guy Max.

💯Not only do we want to live a Healthier Life but We Also Want To Be Here for Him & All of Our Grandchildren.
