It's that time of year again, folks. Snag yours before this creepy hand takes them all for herself.

Classic glazed cakes (like mom & dad used to make) available daily. Rotating varieties (powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, maple, etc.) may change day to day to keep us all on our toes.

Autumn is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate this transition than with this cozy, nutty, toasty Black Sesame & Hojicha Cream Puff?

Black sesame whipped topping and hojicha powdered sugar to deliver a roasty, toasty aroma.

Black sesame and hojicha are both very nostalgic flavors for us. I think back to the joy we'd share when finding literally *anything* Black sesame at the Asian markets. The umptious, nutty, rich flavor permeates our memories of special occasions and lucky finds.

Hojicha is Japanese roasted green tea. I hold fond memories of the complex, toasted aroma wafting through our house in evenings as elders would sit around, hang out, and talk story.
Hojicha is a favorite of my brother's as well, who requested this tea flavor.

Paired together, Black Sesame & Hojicha has been my most favorite Cream Puff to date!

Summer time is strawberry time, full stop.

This is a flavor combo that Bishop and I dreamed up before we purchased the shop from my folks.
Chunky strawberry jam, made in-house.
Salty, cream cheese flavored whipped topping, inspired by the salty, not-too-sweet Asian milk tea toppings and pastries we love.

Thinking of calling it the Salty Bakers' Special 😂

UPDATES!
This week we quietly launched two new flavors for the blueberry cakes: blueberry lemonade (lemonade icing) and the Sunday morning (blueberry cake with maple & bacon), which were intrusive thoughts that won lol

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to call it quits on the Thai Tea cream puff. Despite going back to the drawing board over and over again, I couldn't get the cream to properly whip and set (or stay fluffy!) They ended up getting softer and softer and it led to a lot of waste.

So instead, Nam Wan cream puffs are back! Coconut cream & corn, just like last time.
