hello everyone! I took six months off of Facebook after the we closed Fuego I had a lot to contemplate and reflect on, I'm really sorry that so many have reached out only to radio silence as I really needed to process the suddenness of 18 years of Fuego vanishing in an instant. I have been working on a new project to keep my mind working and I am super happy to announce I am starting a little restaurant consulting side gig! I have always done a bit of this on the side over the last 20 years, and I get a lot of joy helping restaurateurs solve the complex web that is the restaurant business. Amanda had made me a killer website please check it out and give me any feedback of ways to promote my venture!

All good things must come to an end. After 18 years, we are sad to say Fuego will be no longer Saturday, December 16th. It has been a pleasure to serve everyone. Phoenix and beyond, because we know so many people have traveled across the valley to visit us. We hope to see everyone's beautiful faces before we go! We are so grateful for everyone's patronage over the past decade(s). Please come in and enjoy the live music, the cornbread and pernil, the over-the-top cocktails, and say goodbye to our dedicated staff one last time!

Thinly sliced Chicken Breast stuffed with shrimp, mushroom spinach, basil, apricot & garlic, topped with a roasted red pepper cream sauce.

This off menu recipe is a must try !!

Served with two sides of ten choices from; our signature green chile cornbread, chipotle cheddar mashed potatoes, jalapeno cream corn, green beans with almonds, ancho chile maple glazed carrots, arroz con gandules, Cuban black beans, crinkle fries, side salad or cup of soup.
