Throw Back Thursday Samuel Sellers and his wife, Ruby purchased the property in the late 1920s and built this wood frame house at 1204 N 12th St now part of the parking lot of Sunshine Market just east of MacAlpine's on Oak St. The Sellers family lived in the house until 1950. After that, until it was demolished in the late 1980s/early 1990s, it housed a laundry and then this dressmaker shop.
