Well the Alaska Board of Barbers and Hairdressers granted the exam waiver, but I have to raise a dead man to sign off on something that did not even exist in my time and or hopefully D**o will remember the little guy from over 16 years ago ,, that guy is so busy and deals with so many people its awesome and insane to expect this to happen lol . Honestly
That is so shameful and oppressive for any agency that holds the power over anyone making money by not having a structure set in place for someone to show their knowledge and skills or to learn except through other tattoo artists who them becomes an opponent in competition and it which monopolizes the integrity of our great constitution, for allowing others the same opportunity, especially on an island Where there is no professional tattoo artist here nor state level structure to provide state-regulated hours.Just because you have a license does not mean that you are professional. Because a professional person would not prevent another person other than his own family trying to earn a living from their
craft that every where else in the United States of America doesn't have this madness of a structure of oppression.
And because of this its clearly evident this structure is pure evil. Woe to you who are oppressive, and praise Jesus because its just the beginning of a better path, got to see alaska, instead of watching it on History Channel so that can be knocked off my bucket list.. Also saved 100 on my driver's license lol
Sorry everyone your stuck with a wreck for real...
However I leave as I came and that's walking the way truth and the life of my Lord Jesus Christ,
