Rich chocolate cake, luscious cream, decadent chocolate ganache, cherries piled high, and a little Kirschwasser—the traditional German cherry liqueur that gives a true Black Forest Cake its signature flavor.

🥕 Thursday Night Cake Drop at High Falls Pizzeria & Tap House! 🥕

Tonight’s featured slice is our homemade Carrot Cake… incredibly moist, packed with freshly hand-grated carrots, warm cinnamon, and just the right touch of spice. It’s layered with our rich, silky cream cheese buttercream and finished with an adorable hand-piped little carrot on every slice. 🧡🥕

8/6/27- Mid Hudson’s latest update is: Good morning, the engineers are still working on rebuilding the phone server, they are hoping today its up and running. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

We are open please stop in but we do not have phones yet. We will keep updating as anything changes.
