We use original recipes that were created more than 40 years ago. Our History: In the early 1980’s, Marg Roti Roti created her recipes and sold pizzas out of her home. A few years later she opened the “Pizzeria” for carry out only. In the late 1980’s, Cheri Waara purchased it, added the pitas, and it became the “Best Cellar Plus”. In 1990, my family purchased the business, added fried food, burge

rs, sandwiches, and ice cream and named it “Pizza Etc”. We sold the business from 2000-2006 and then purchased it back. We continued to own and operate from 2006-2020 with all the original recipes and homemade pizza and pita dough created by Marg. After nearly 25 years in business, we are opening a new location, “The Retro”, while offering many of the same loved recipes as well as many new ones. Our family has been committed to serving this community for over three decades and plan to continue to for many years to come. Dream of owning your own business? This place has so many options. It was a full time restaurant that served pizza, pitas, salads, sandwiches, fried food, ice cream, etc. It was a regular hangout for the teen crowd and a great place for family gatherings after local events.

Make this what YOU want! Philip needs more eating establishments and this was a great business! My reasons for closing were personal and no reflection of the business opportunity.

Whether you just want to serve breakfast, supper, or open all day, I can help you get started. Or maybe you only want to be open 6 months of the year. Create a completely new menu or renew our staples from 1980, anything is possible.
