Shanze started 🌙 pop ups to connect people to the history, ritual, and science of this lovely art of adornment. For her, henna is a form of self-love and brings confidence and relaxation. Come try this beautiful tradition (while supporting South Asian artists!) at 🌊 High Tide Market, this Sunday 8/2 12-5 @ Old City Kava 🌊 !

Kava bars are about so much more than what’s in the shell. 🌿

In a world where so many of our interactions happen through screens, kava bars provide something increasingly rare: a place to connect.

Whether you’re looking to meet new people, catch up with friends, work remotely, play board games, read a book, study, or simply get out of the house for a few hours, kava bars offer a welcoming third space built around community rather than alcohol.

At Old City Kava Co., we’ve always believed that some of life’s best moments happen when people come together in a positive environment. That’s why we’ve worked hard to create a space where everyone can feel comfortable, productive, social, and connected.

Come hang out, stay awhile, and see what makes the kava community so special. ✨
