The Phils may be done for the year but we're still taking care of the home team. We caught this young fan at the red tables & figured she needed the proper uniform. A Pat’s T-shirt for the road...we’ll see you next season ⚾

Legends never die. Sometimes they just pass the hoodie down. Chris Pernaci's grandfather, “Cousin George” (2nd photo, 2nd from the left) was a Pat's lifer. He started with Pat & Harry at the North Philly location before making his way to 9th & Passyunk, where he worked for some 40 years. George would've turned 103 last week. His photos still hang on our walls & in our book. Every Christmas Eve morning, Chris & his dad Dominic come down to Pat's and have a steak for him. Still part of the family. Still part of Pat's 👑

Same corner. Same crew.
Cheesesteaks are for eating. That’s day one stuff. We take care of our own at 9th & Passyunk. Appreciate all the love for our crew especially the OG, Tommy. Now let’s get back to eating cheesesteaks.

Young Tommy. Same Gritty. Flyers are back on home ice tonight, which means South Philly is officially in hockey mode. You know the pregame, you know the postgame! 9th & Passyunk 24/7 🧡🏒

One more for the regular season! ⚾️ As the Phils play game 162, a little love for Mike Roman, who caught some attention of his own at the ballpark recently - and made his way to 9th & Passyunk a few days ago. Frankie made sure he was properly fed. Go Phils! ♥️

Our 96th fall in South Philly is underway. The Birds are back. Flyers are lacing up. The weather’s starting to turn. And we’re doing what we’ve been doing since 1930. Some seasons never change!

The Pat’s truck rolled into Beach Haven to keep the party fed. Frankie was already down the shore, so he stopped by with a bottle of ch*****ne for the newlyweds because cheesesteaks deserve a proper toast.
Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥂

You want something done right… Frankie threw on the overalls, changed the oil, checked the tires & got back to business. Mechanic for the morning. Salesman for life. 😂

That was fast! 💨 The Legends Never Die hoodie is officially sold out. Thanks for all the love for our latest Artist Series merch release & to The Heads of State for being part of our story.

Missed the hoodie? The Champion crewneck is still in the game - same Legends Never Die design, same limited run & just in time for cooler days. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Available online + at the shop!!

South Philly cleans up pretty nice.
Took the Pat’s truck down to Wilmington Country Club earlier today. Red truck, green fairways, cheesesteaks - we fit right in!

Eagles. South Philly. Cheesesteaks.
Frankie’s ready. We’re ready. Home opener tomorrow. Cheesesteaks all weekend. See you at the shop 🦅

09/10/2026

When you’ve worked at Pat’s as long as Tommy has, you’ve seen a LOT of Eagles Sundays.
The big wins. The crowds. And, unfortunately, a few Dallas fans. Home opener this Sunday. Come hungry 🦅

Frank with UFC’s McKenzie Pavacich from earlier this month!

These tables have seen some people. Presidents, rock stars, film & TV icons & nearly a century of Philly history. Every day’s a little different around here & we never quite know who’s stopping by 9th & Passyunk 👑

08/27/2026

If you’ve ordered at this window sometime in the last three decades, there’s a good chance Loriann was on the other side of it. Taking orders, keeping things moving & prepping a whole lotta cheesesteaks! One of our longest-running crew members & a big part of this place

Frankie knows a thing or two about the neighborhood. A little history lesson from the corner Pat’s has called home since 1930. 9th & Passyunk has changed over the years. We’re still right here 👑

This summer, we teamed up with two Philly talents to put their own spin on The Original.

Lifelong Philadelphian, artist & collector Perry Shall brought his style to Pat’s for America’s 250th. Then Ps & Qs, the South Street shop founded by fellow South Philly natives, designed a shirt that brought a little of both of us together.

Two Philly perspectives. Two limited-run T-shirts.
One original Pat’s! A few are still up for grabs on our the merch shop at patskingofsteaks.com

And we’re not done yet. One more release is coming very soon!

A shirt in the stands. A post on Instagram. A new friend at Pat’s. On August 1, we caught Bruce rocking his Pat’s shirt at the Phils game. We posted it, his son reached out & today Bruce made the drive from Lancaster to South Philly to hang with us. Good people, good times. 96 years later, that’s what sets Pat’s apart 👑💪🏼

Pat's King of Steaks and our friends at Ps & Qs produced a limited-edition T-shirt celebrating the neighborhood we all call home.

Owned by fellow South Philly natives Ky and Rick, Ps & Qs has been one of the city's coolest shops for years, and we're proud to make something together.

Only 100 shirts were produced - 50 available at Pat's and 50 at Ps & Qs (located at 820 South Street). Printed on premium Comfort Colors ring-spun cotton by our neighbors at Awesome Dudes Printing.

Order today from our online merch shop by visiting: https://www.patskingofsteaks.com/shop/p/pats-x-ps-qs-limited-edition-t-shirt

Note: we will have a small number of shirts available at Pat's today, August 7 for one-day only. The rest of the shirts will continue to be available on our online merch shop.

Sizes S - XXL while they last.
