Before it was Moments at Scannicchios, it was formerly known as Lefty's Pub & Grub at Scannicchios.

Scannicchio's spent four decades in A.C., but skipped town during the recession in 2009, leaving local devotees no choice but to make the long drive to their South Philly location, or sit at home and suffer in silence. However, in May of 2017 the beloved spot made their grand return to A.C with original owner, John Varalli, partnering with Lefty's Bar.

From the old-school kitchens of Atlantic City to the heart of South Philly, the Varalli legacy is built on generations of tradition. 🍝🇮🇹 John Varalli mastered his craft from the original Scannicchio’s chefs, honoring his family roots in Calabria and Abruzzi.
