I've been adding more dishes to my repertoire.
So fun and DELICIOUS! I'm also enjoying the savings ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐คฃ
This is the open faced Walnut Black Bean Taco with Pico de Gallo & fresh radishes I made yesterday.
A few notes...
โผ๏ธI soaked the walnuts for about 24hrs
โผ๏ธI added onion, garlic, cilantro & mushroom to the walnuts before pulsing
โผ๏ธI used browning sauce for the color
I love y'all but you know I gotta some secrets to myself...or until I get this cookbook written๐
