In May, we would have been apart of the food business 10 years. The support we received with both our endeavors, steakhouse and the food trailer, never failed to amaze us. We were blessed to meet wonderful lifelong friends. We hope you will always know what your support meant to our family. However, we feel it’s time to close this chapter of our lives. Mark is officially retiring his grilling tongs. However, our beautiful red trailer has found it’s forever home with Bobby Joe Lovern and Chris Strickland owners of “Point Blank Grillin.” Like and follow their Instagram and pages for the latest updates!! We look forward to giving them our full support! Thank you so much for always believing in our dream. We will treasure all the memories for the rest of our lives.

CARTHAGE, I guess I spoke too soon Wednesday on it being our last day until after Christmas..maybe the unexpected can be expected with us 🤣..We had a private event this morning in town, and Mark said if the trailer is out he wants to see all his friends!! CARTHAGE, we have a big, big day tomorrow!! We will be with our friends at East Main Ole Market from 10:30-4:30. THEN, we will be moving to Trustmark Park for the Lighting of the Tree from 5:30 to 7:30 weather permitting! We are so excited to kick off the Christmas season with all of you!!
