I hereby notify you, my guests and friends, that Three Chef's Bistro has closed its activities on 09/19/2018 at 2453 Grant Ave.
I, Luciane Oliveira, believed from a very early age, that one of the greatest purposes of a human being's is to leave a legacy, to make history, to be an example for the next generation, this is my ideology of life and live every day for that.
When I received the vision, I needed the audacity and courage to create the Three Chef's Bistro, I was sure that I would make a different enterprise, with the intention of breaking paradigms, changing eating habits, with the care and well-being of others always in mind.
Thus, this vision's the mission goal, is to become a gastronomic reference in the Northeast community of Philadelphia, as long as the quality control, standards would be the key.
while deciding to create unique menus, including the often-forgotten vegans, vegetarians, gluten intolerance. A public that in my option was often not remembered until then, I decide to become a local restaurant a “farm to table”.
With time, I felt on my skin that it would be possible to make this happen, however, in order for that to happen I would have to not accept less than excellence, dedication, firmness, wit, determination, authenticity and most of all much persistence.
No well-known brand develops without a team, people who sow, who believe 100% on purpose and can see that difficulties, come in a way as in fact, opportunities to grow and make history.
Fortunately, and unfortunately, in life, we learn that we never lose alliances, in which they can push us forward or backward, and if we do not pay attention this permeates mediocrity that with time can disturb the vision of any institution.
In common agreement, my partners,opted to close the activities in that locality, to which the company was constituted, claiming (them), lack of profit.
As painful as it may be, I Luciane,as a visionary and idealizer of this project (Three Chef's Bistro), will not allow less than excellence as the base of my philosophy of life, and action.
No organic tree produces leaves or fruits without on the wrong time; every business needs time for growth and financial maturity, which makes any venture necessary.
I cannot allow the personal values of others to compromise my vision, I came to the World willing to revolutionize this generation ... This is my gift, this is my path, and it is for this cause, I will fight till I perish.
In my opinion, it's unacceptable to allow personal weaknesses of others to contaminate the ideal and process of this project.
As many of you know, unfortunately, “rush is enemy of perfection” and they (my partners) deprived themselves of contemplating the strong growth of the this literally “organic tree”. I strongly believe that money will always be a consequence of everything done with your best; if things are well planned with authenticity in mind, respect and value. With times all investments will be pay off.
In this period of positive transition, I will be changing the route, open and willing to meet people with the same ideas, collaborators and sponsors who have in common ideas to also help support children and adolescents with social risk and psychological development.
I'll put in an effective new route, an innovative and even more audacious way, Three Chef's Bistro, will continue, even more, dynamic and honoring it clients with compromising and schedules.
I am always open to new challenges and proposals from dream mind people like me, but with the purpose of life, and unconformity with the mediocrity of this generation.
I ask you, friends and guests, to give me some time, the vision continues, and it is necessary to change the mission. I believe in teamwork and I know I have the potential, I prepared myself for that. Very soon I will be back.
I want to take this opportunity to also thank my parents, my brothers and sisters, my children, friends (Partners), who in some way made this possible. Thank you very much.

Note: Three Chef's Bistro Outside, remains in full operation. Making events, private parties, attending companies and private groups, in my residence, for testing of menus of a maximum of 12 people with advance reservation of 15 days.
