We are investing in our community!
We’re building Sahaya Coffee, a South Indian-American coffee company focused on specialty coffee, hospitality, community, and creating meaningful spaces for people to gather.
Our hope is to one day create a space of community and belonging for Gen-Z , especially Indian Americans. When I worked at a coffee shop, I noticed how many people in the neighborhood came and spent time there, working from home or participating in community gatherings because they craved a sense of belonging. I want to create that space alongside the Church, centered around the hospitality of our culture. To me, offering a cup of coffee has been a way to do this, and I’ve seen it happen as we host monthly bible studies and “turn our apartment into a cafe.”
We’ve been growing Sahaya through pop-ups, private events, bottled lattes and coffee experiences — and we’re ready to invest in equipment that will allow us to serve more people and take on larger events.
Your gift will allow us to invest in:
- commercial espresso machine
- commercial coffee grinder
- custom coffee cart with plumbing
- marketing/website
- continued licenses and permit fees
