A debut dinner for the books! 📖⚜️🍸

Born from a European love affair of quaint, excellent cocktails bars on the Kearses’ honeymoon comes Known Associates Cocktail Bar.

Next Thursday’s dinner will showcase the best of both kitchens: canape style bar fare from Known Associates with Forsythia favorite Rohan duck. Celebrate our newest concept in the best way we know how: with dinner, together! 🫂🍽️

The cat’s out of the bag… Known Associates opens TONIGHT! 🍾

Incase you haven’t heard, we’ve been working on a little something in Washington Square West for a few months. Chef and collaborated once again to create the cocktail bar that now adorns the corner of 10th and Spruce (📍941 Spruce Street).

Whether you’ve been privy to the plan since last summer, happened to walk by the new digs in the neighborhood, or taste tested one of cocktails at Forsythia, Known Associates is here to welcome everyone alike. Want to read more? Check the link in our bio for the scoop.

We’re still amazed when we hear you found us on the Michelin guide. We still smile when you walk by and light up at the sight of our sign. We’re still in awe of being included on this wonderful list for Philadelphia’s first ranking. 📍

Last week we had Matthieu from come in for a wine training class on the Burgundy region. You may have met Matthieu in one way or another: drinking one of his delicious wines, sitting alongside his family at dinner, or being charmed by his accent at one of our special events. ✨

We are so thankful for his time educating the staff, brining in new wines for us to try, and making learning about terroir (dare we say) FUN! As depicted, Burgundy is the heart of wine making in France🫀🇫🇷
