Every meal is made to order with the many years of expertise by Antonio Zaccone. Our famous desserts are homemade by the delicate hands of Anna Maria. Our family invites you to enjoy and be part of what we had growing up. Antonio, our father, was born
in a small town in the mountains in Badolato, Calabria. After his father passed at an early age, Tony left the comforts of home and began to work, helping to support his family. Hard work soon became part of his life. He worked two to three jobs, only keeping the bare minimum to survive, he sent the rest home. Anna Maria was born in a small town called Monserrato, located on the southern tip of the beautiful tropical island of Sardegna. Her father came to Rochester, New York to find work as a tailor and soon relocated to Philadelphia. After many years of traveling back and forth from Philadelphia and Sardegna, Anna Maria's family settled in Philadelphia. Anna Maria and Tony met at an Italian Festival in South Philadelphia. They dated, fell in love, got married, and had Two (2) Children.... Us! Maria Teresa and Francesco! My Parents have taught us determination, team work, and hard work. But most importantly, they taught us about being a close knit family. They taught us the joys of doing things well, and appreciating good food and family meals. We now work together to make our guests feel like part of our family! Sit down, have a glass of wine and celebrate life, love and family together.
