Thank you for the kind words about Salvatore’s Counter — it’s been a dream of Chef .v.ferreri’s to introduce this experience to Irwin’s since the day we opened.

Salvatore’s Counter is a labor of love that only comes together because our team (with at the helm) rises to the occasion each week, making sure the restaurant runs smoothly while the Counter happens. It comes together because our purveyors (, , , .pa, , ) bring us such special ingredients to feature each week — sometimes holding something special or growing native Sicilian produce just for us. And lastly, it comes together because our Wine Director, , and Bar Manager , create the most dynamic, fun, thoughtful beverage offerings to pair with each course.

We KNOW it can feel tricky to grab a spot for Salvatore’s Counter — we really feel strongly that the small crew makes the experience that much more special 🧡

If you haven’t gotten your moment at the Counter yet, please be patient! Set those alarms for 11 am on the first of each month, and know we can’t wait to host you.
