Full Moon Festival - Loy Krathong at Chatayee Thai

Wednesday, November 5 - Saturday November 8, 2025

A festival of light that began in the 14th century during the Sukhothai period. Join us on a culinary voyage through the three great capitals of Thailand —Sukhothai, Ayutthaya, and Rattanakosin (Bangkok)— each dish tells the story of the enduring traditions of each era. Let your palate travel through time as we honor the past and celebrate the present. We are delighted to share this beautiful festival with you.

สุโขทัย - เเกงนอกหม้อไก่
Sukhothai Era - Gaeng Nok Moh
Out-of-the-Pot Chicken & Herb Broth

A cherished classic from the Swargalok district of Sukhothai. An aromatic and uniquely delicious broth, unlike any other curry. Its unique name matches its distinctive preparation: chicken is first simmered in coconut milk, then finished "out of the pot" with a bounty of fresh herbs and vegetables, banana blossom, cilantro, scallion, lemongrass and Northern style Lab paste.
Chicken or Tofu (V)

อยุธยา-เเกงเหงาหงอด
Ayutthaya - Gaeng Nga Ngoat
Salmon with Spicy & Sour Herbal River Broth

A treasured recipe from the ancient royal capital of Ayutthaya, this dish is a piece of Thai culinary history. It presents a clear, intensely aromatic broth that is both sour like Tom Yum and robustly spicy. Historically influenced by contact with European seafarers, this unique curry is a testament to Ayutthaya's role as a global trading hub. It delivers a bold, fiery, and unforgettable flavor from a bygone era. Pan seared salmon,Thai okra, lotus root, eggplant, tamarind,
basil and kaffir lime.

รัตนโกสินทร์ กรุงเทพ- เเกงรัญจวน

Bangkok Era - Kang Rungourn

Beef Stewed
A Royal Thai dish by Her Royal Highness Yamyern Shinghara Hinghara (หม่อมเจ้าหญิงแย้มเยื้อน สิงหรา) embodying the sentiment of longing, expressed in the name "Rungourn." Savory tender beef, slow-cooked to perfection in a shrimp paste broth with roasted shallots, chilies, garlic, and fresh lemongrass with seasonal steamed vegetables.
