In a tribute to the country to which we owe the cultivation of coffee, we blend our Ethiopia Sidamo, roasted two ways: medium & Viennese. This blend provides a well balanced, chocolatey, and creamy cup that is sure to satisfy coffee cravings. Filbert Street refers to the street just outside of our location at the Reading Terminal Market where this blend was developed.

Our annual Independence Blend combines viennese roast Sumatra with medium roast Brazil and Ethiopia to create a rich, complex blend. The Sumatra gives body and a syrupy profile while the Ethiopia gives fruity and spicy flourishes. We finish it with a touch of French roast Colombia to create a perfect blend. Enjoy it hot or iced!
