Much of it is because Ed loves food, is passionate about quality and consistency, and works diligently with our suppliers to ensure we are given the best pricing and that they never cut on quality. Ed, as as our purchaser, can quote today's price of chicken wings on the spot, and will never accept a bruised tomato, ever! Ed's a stickler for details, and proud of the contributions he makes everyday here at McGillin's since that first day on the job! You may never have seen Ed here at McGillin's, but his handiwork is all over our menu! Thank you Ed!

Three Aussies, Stuart, Grantley & Ronnie were passing through Philadelphia & stumbled upon McGillin's. They liked it so much they came back a second time before leaving for a race in Maryland. They told us they'd put a McGillin's sticker on their '67 Nova. And then they sent us the pictures to show us that they did. Sure, hope they won!
