Just to put everyone’s mind at ease. We use sliced ribeye from B&M meats for our bulgogi beef. Even before I asked this question to our supplier, we had already done a MAJOR stock up of beef so we wouldn’t buy any beef from anyone once the tainted beef from Argentina hit the markets. And we will use our stockpile supply throughout the winter and spring, so y’all don’t have to worry about our bulgogi. Sometimes being a paranoid overprepper has its benefits.
