On October 28th, MaMou will welcome our very own Chef Evan Snyder back to his old New Orleans stomping grounds for a one-night collaboration dinner with longtime friend and collaborator Executive Chef Tom Branighan.

Adding to Chef Evan’s adventure through the Midwest, we’ll be joining Chef Kyle Knall of Birch in Milwaukee on Thursday, August 27th, for an incredible collaborative experience showcasing the synchronicity of our kitchens and our shared ideas. We’ll play hits from both Birch and Emmett’s menus, while also previewing some dishes from Chef Evan’s forthcoming restaurant Jean.
