After 15 wonderful years of serving Fairmount, our lease is expiring and our doors will close for the final time on August 1st. We want to thank every guest who stepped through our doors bringing life and laughter into our dining room.
We have so many amazing memories to hold on to: watching couples say “I do,” joyful showers welcoming new babies, milestone birthdays that filled our dining room with laughter across generations, and quiet moments of sharing your simple weeknight dinners and first dates with us.
Thank you for making us a part of your milestone moments and daily lives. We’re truly grateful to have had the privilege to serve you for so many years.
Most importantly, Thank you to our team members who helped make La Calaca such a special place. We wouldn’t have made it 15 years without your dedication to creating a great guest experience. From day one, our incredible opening team set the tone and that baton kept getting passed to amazing managers, chefs, cooks, servers, bartenders. It’s truly been our privilege to have the pleasure of working with all of you.
