Jaxon BYOB is a small, quaint restaurant located on the corner of 3rd and Fairmont in Northern Liberties. The owner, Tony Schiro, opened this newest project after a legendary run of The Latest Dish and Fluid Nightclub, which were staples in the Philadelphia nightlife scene for over 17 years. Jaxon BYOB focuses on serving the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible, with the

chalkboard menu changing seasonally. Tony’s restaurant is truly a family affair, named after his four year old son Jaxon, with the interior designed by wife and stylist JC Mazza and featuring artwork by brother-in-law Mark Mazza. Having bought a house in Northern Liberties almost two decades ago, way before the neighborhood flourished, Tony is glad to make his mark and bring a warm, inviting local restaurant to the block. The family can often be seen dining together with friends at the restaurant with little Jaxon wandering around telling patrons “Bon Apetit!”
