Aji Amarillo two ways 🍋‍🟩🔥🌶️

Made from the iconic Peruvian yellow pepper, we’re using this playful spice in two new menu items:

The Margarita Amarilla uses aji amarillo-infused tequila as the base of a vibrant Margarita riff perfect for the transition into autumn weather

Our Sweet + Sour ribs use the same condiment as the base for the glaze - sticky, sweet, spicy and altogether addicting

Pair them together or enjoy separately!

We just did a big refresh and invited everyone who had been on the waitlist to join! If you’re interested in either tier head to the link in our bio for more info. We are currently back to a waitlist but will be inviting folks into the folks into the fold on a monthly basis. Donut-lovers! We’ve got an exciting drop for you tomorrow 8/15 with some returning favorites and new thrilling flavors!

Tomorrow will be the last in our Saturday donut series for the time being. The love for Chef Russell’s creations have far exceeded any expectation we had here and it has been an insane ride for us! Don’t worry, donuts aren’t going away forever - we are taking some time to focus our energy on some exciting projects, so stay tuned for updates :)
