Sadly, CHARLIES Morrell will be permanently closing on February 28, 2026. We were unable to negotiate a new lease. We requested an extension but were refused. We are the 5th business to close at Morrell since opening. Our decision was based on both financial issues as well as the landlords refusal to permanently correct a serious plumbing issue that has caused us problems since opening.
