Shabu Shabu has arrived at Jomon! Shabu Shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish featuring thinly sliced meat and vegetables, cooked piece by piece in a pot of simmering broth. Shabu Shabu means ‘swish-swish’ in the hot broth. This communal dining experience tantalizes the taste buds and brings people together. Jomon was featured on FOX 29 last week for the show Kelly drives. Bob Kelly FOX 29 visited us to learn about our Yakiniku style Japanese BBQ, and of course he had to try it!
