Ed's Country Cooking and Barbecue Southern Soul Food! Meat and three! Barbecue! Our legacy is originally connected through our family history, which is yet to be lived through my children.

It is passed from one generation to another. It started with my father, the late Ed "Peter Mack", owner of L&M Bar B Que. His ribs were seriously finger-licking good. So years later, I am also an entrepreneur. Like father like son, my ribs are to die for. You have to be pretty darn good to top that one.
